SKYCovione, like Novavax, is a synthetic antigen (genetic recombination) vaccine used in the production of various vaccines such as hepatitis B vaccine and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.

 

Teenagers aged 12 to 17 can be vaccinated against Novavax from the 5th.

 

Until now, only Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been available, but the Novavax vaccine has been confirmed to be effective and safe even at this age group.

 

According to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, 79.5% of inoculators aged 12 to 17 showed infection prevention effects, and the neutralizing antibody value was 1.46 times higher than those aged 18 to 25.
